Building Your Career-Ready Future at Gannon University

Career readiness isn’t a single step — it’s a journey that starts your first year and continues long after graduation.

At Gannon University, we believe every student deserves the skills, confidence, and connections to launch a successful future. Through the Academic and Career Development Department, students and alumni receive personalized support to explore majors, prepare for careers, and pursue meaningful opportunities.

As a career-ready campus, Gannon integrates the NACE Career Readiness Competencies into every stage of a student’s journey—developing strengths in communication, teamwork, critical thinking, professionalism, leadership, technology, career and self-development, and equity and inclusion.
