Transfer Checklist

Submit a Transfer Application

Submit either an  or  to the Office of Admissions. There is no fee to apply!

Request Transcripts

Request that every college, university or institution you attended send official transcripts to the Office of Admissions at Gannon. If you have completed less than 30 college credits or are applying to a health professions program, please have final official high school transcripts mailed to the above address.

Receive Credit Evaluation Materials

After acceptance into Gannon, your college transcripts will be reviewed to see how your courses will transfer in. You will receive an email once the review is complete. Only credits from regionally accredited institutions may be considered for transferability.

Transfer Credits for Global Students

For international students wanting to transfer credits to Gannon, please arrange to have official transcripts from every university you attended sent directly from the university to Adele Crotty Gross in the Global Admissions and Outreach office at gross013@gannon.edu. For any universities outside of the United States, please also send a full course catalog or course description for the classes on your transcript to gross013@gannon.edu. Financial Aid

Complete a  (FAFSA) as soon as possible after October 1 to be considered for need-based financial aid. More information about the financial aid process can be found on Gannon’s Financial Aid page.

Submit Enrollment Deposit Form

Submit your Enrollment Deposit to confirm your decision to attend Gannon.

Arrange Class Schedule

After submission of your enrollment deposit, the Transfer Enrollment Advisor will be in touch with you regarding registration.
